Mission Style - "Mission Style" is a generic term often used to refer to Mission Revival Style architecture, the architecture of the Spanish missions located throughout the Southwestern United States and Mexico, or to the design elements of the Arts and Crafts movement.

Mission Revival Style architecture - The Mission Revival Style was an architectural movement that began in the late 19th Century and drew inspiration from the early Spanish missions in California. The movement enjoyed its greatest popularity between 1890 and 1915, though numerous modern residential, commercial, and institutional structures (particularly schools and railroad depots) display this instantly-recognizable architectural style.

Sheraton Style - Sheraton is a late 18th century neoclassical English furniture style, in vogue ca 1785 - 1800, that was named afterwards (by 19th century collectors and dealers) to credit furniture designer Thomas Sheraton, whose books of engraved designs capture this style. Sheraton style employs slender lightweight forms, using satinwood, mahogany or painted finishes.

American Empire (style) - American Empire is a French-inspired Neo-classical style of American furniture and decoration that was initiated just before 1800 and is most famously exemplified by the furniture of Duncan Phyfe and Paris-trained Charles-Honoré Lannuier. Their work in this style is characterized by antiquities-inspired carving, applied, gilded brass mounts, and inlaid decorative elements such as stamped brass banding with egg-and-dart, diamond, or greek key patterns, or individual shapes such as stars or circles.
